How long is the drive to Whistler?
Whistler is located in the beautiful mountains of British Columbia. The drive from Vancouver to Whistler is about 2 hours and the drive from Seattle to Whistler takes about 5 hours.

What airport do you fly into to get to Whistler?
The closest airport to Whistler is Vancouver International Airport (YVR).The Vancouver airport is about a 2 to a 2 and half hour drive from Whistler Village.

What are the check-in and check-out times for Whistler Village Condos?
Check-in time is 4:00pm
Check-out time is 10:00am

Where do I pick up the keys?
We do not provide keys for our properties.  We will email you a check-in package two weeks before arrival.

The check-in package will give you detailed instructions on:

  • Address of the property
  • How to get to the property
  • Keyless entry code (digital door code). This code will be for your use during your stay, so please take note of it. We will not provide physical keys
  • Parking instructions

What are the Whistler Village Condos office hours?
Our office hours are 8:00am – 8:00pm Pacific Standard Time. You can reach us at 1-604-902-6900.

What happens if I check-in and the office is closed?
Please refer to the check-in instructions that we emailed to you two weeks before your arrival date. You will be able to enter the property on the check-in day after 4:00pm using the keyless entry code (digital door code).

Can I check-in early?
Please contact us if you would like an early check-in. We can provide one on a case by case basis. We do charge an early check-in fee.

Can I check-out late?
Please contact us if you would like a late check-out. We can provide one on a case by case basis. We do charge a late check-out fee.

What will I need when I check-in?
You will need to be able to access your check-in package. We email this package to you two weeks before arrival.  In the package you will find:

  • Address of the property
  • How to get to the property
  • Keyless entry code (digital door code). This code will be for your use during your stay, so please take note of it. We will not provide physical keys
  • Parking instructions

I am booking the property, but someone else will arrive before I do. Can they check in before I arrive?
The person making the booking will receive check-in instructions with a keyless entry code. You can share this code with other members of your group so they can enter the property before you arrive. Please note that you can only enter the property after 4:00pm on the check-in day.

Is daily housekeeping included?
Our rental properties will be clean, sanitized, and ready for your arrival. Daily housekeeping is available for an extra fee.

Is parking included?
Yes, parking is included for one vehicle in most of our properties. Some properties require pay parking. There is street parking available at most of our properties. Please check the street signs before you park. Contact us if you have an additional vehicle and we can advise you where to park it.

Is smoking allowed in the property?
We have a non-smoking policy in all of our rental properties. This includes the interior and the balconies. If there is evidence of smoking, there will be a minimum $500 fine to pay for professional cleaning plus any additional cleaning costs.

Are the rental properties pets friendly?
All Whistler Village Condos rental accommodations have a no pet policy. If there is evidence of a pet on the property, there will be a minimum $500 fine to pay for professional cleaning plus any additional cleaning costs.

I have young kids, are there cribs or cots available in the Whistler vacation rentals?
Yes, roll aways and cribs are available for an additional fee.

How do you rent a Whistler condo or chalet?
Rent a Whistler condo or chalet by visiting Whistler Village Accommodations and browsing our properties to find the perfect vacation rental. You can check availability online and make a reservation online or over the phone.

What are the cancellation and payment policies for Whistler condo rentals?
Cancellations made after the final payment date are fully non-refundable. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights that have been reserved, regardless of guest arrival or departure. Activity fees will be fully refunded if cancellations are made 48 hours prior to the activity date; otherwise they are non-refundable.

How do you process payments?
Payments are processed in Canadian dollars. 

Payments may be made by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express, and are processed by a third party.

Is there a minimum age requirement for Whistler vacation rentals?
Yes, the person making the reservation must be a minimum of 25 years of age, hold a valid credit card, and be staying in the unit. If the age requirement isn’t met, your reservation will be cancelled and you will forfeit your deposit.

How many people can stay in a rental property?
Each reservation is made for a specific number of guests. Additional occupants may be charged a fee. The number of guests cannot exceed the number permitted by the property owner. If you exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the unit, you may be subject to fees and/or eviction.

Will there be Internet and cable TV in the rental property?
Yes, all of our Whistler rental properties include Internet and cable TV.

Is there a hot tub in the Whistler vacation rental?
Most of our properties have common area hot tubs. We have some Whistler condo rentals with private hot tubs that will only be accessible to you and your guests.

Is there a kitchen in the rental property?
All of our Whistler accommodations are equipped with a full kitchen (fridge, stove/oven, microwave) as well as cooking utensils, dishes, pots/pans, cups/glasses, cutlery, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

Is there a hair dryer?
Yes, we provide hair dryers in every rental property.

Do you provide towels?
Adequate quantities of towels will be provided for the number of people booked. Delivery of extra towels is available upon request for an additional fee.
