WHISTLER RESORT SUMMER ACTIVITIES

Whistler resort features amazing summer activities for all ages of visitors. Whistler offers excellent hiking and biking trails for those wanting to explore nature. There is approximately a 20 km valley that connects Whistler parks, so visitors can walk from one park to the next.

Golf is also a major activity in Whistler. There are golf courses designed by Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer, as well other golf courses within easy reach of Whistler Village.

There are many sightseeing and organized activities to join. Tours include heli hiking, floatplane sightseeing, or even fishing excursions. In addition both Whistler and Blackcomb mountains operate lifts year-round.

For those ski enthusiasts Blackcomb Mountain is the only mountain in North America to offer summer-skiing (on Horstman Glacier).

Summer time is also when Whistler Village becomes alive with events such as festivals and open air shows.
