Whistler is about a 2 hour drive from Vancouver and a 5 hour drive from Seattle.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is 4:00pm
Check-out time is 10:00am

Where do I pick up the keys?
We do not provide keys for our properties.  We will email you a check-in package two weeks before arrival.

The check-in package will give you detailed instructions on:

  • Address of the property
  • How to get to the property
  • Keyless entry code (digital door code). This code will be for your use during your stay, so please take note of it. We will not provide physical keys
  • Parking instructions

What happens if I check-in and the office is closed?
Please refer to the check-in instructions that we emailed to you two weeks before your arrival date. You will be able to enter the property on the check-in day after 4:00pm using the keyless entry code (digital door code).

Can I check-in early?
Please contact us if you would like an early check-in. We can provide one on a case by case basis. We do charge an early check-in fee.

Can I check-out late?
Please contact us if you would like a late check-out. We can provide one on a case by case basis. We do charge a late check-out fee.

What will I need when I check-in?
You will need to be able to access your check-in package. We email this package to you two weeks before arrival.  In the package you will find:

  • Address of the property
  • How to get to the property
  • Keyless entry code (digital door code). This code will be for your use during your stay, so please take note of it. We will not provide physical keys
  • Parking instructions

I am booking the property, but someone in my group will arrive in Whistler before I do. Can that person check-in before me?
We send the person making the booking the check-in instructions which includes the keyless entry code.  You can share this code with other members of your group so they can enter the property before you arrive.  Please note that you can only enter the property after 4:00pm on the check-in day.

Is daily housekeeping included?
We ensure that the accommodations you have booked are clean, sanitized and ready for your arrival. We do not offer daily housekeeping. However, if you would like extra cleaning during your stay, we would be happy to make arrangements for you at an extra fee.

Is parking included?
Yes, parking is included for one vehicle in 95% of our properties. Some properties do require pay parking. Most properties have street parking available. Please ensure you check the street signs before you park. If you have an extra vehicle, please contact us so we can advise you on where to park the additional vehicle(s).

Can I smoke in the property?
All of our properties are non-smoking. This includes the interior as well as the balconies. Any evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $500 fine to pay for the professional cleaning of the unit plus any additional cleaning costs.

Are the properties pets friendly?
We do not allow pets in any of our accommodations. Any evidence of pets will results in a minimum $500 fine to pay for the professional cleaning of the unit plus any additional cleaning costs.

I have young kids, are there cribs or cots available?
Yes, we can arrange rental or cribs, cots and bedding through a local company, Babies on the Go. We can arrange for the required items to be in the unit upon your arrival.

What are the cancellation and payment policies for WVC?
We require a deposit equal to 2 night stay at time of booking. Full payment is due 60 days before arrival and will be charged to the credit card on file.

If you decide to cancel your booking, the deposit is non-refundable.

How do you process payments?
We process payments in Canadian dollars. We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express

Do you have a minimum age requirement?
Yes, we require the person making the booking to be a minimum of 25 years of age, hold a valid credit card and be staying in the unit. Failure to meet the age requirement will result in the cancellation of your booking(s) and you would forfeit your deposit.

How many people can stay in a unit?
We charge the nightly rate based on the occupancy of the rental unit. Additional occupants may be charged a fee. If you exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the unit, you will be subject to fees and/or eviction.

Will there be Internet and cable TV in the rental properties?
Yes, all of our rental properties include Internet and cable TV.

Is there a hot tub?
Most of our properties have common area hot tubs. These hot tubs are for the use of guests in the entire complex.  Some of our properties have private hot tubs.

Is there a kitchen in the accommodation?
Yes, all of our properties are equipped with a full kitchen (fridge, stove/oven, microwave) as well as dishes, cups/glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils.

Do you have hair dryers?
Yes, we provide hair dryers in all of the bathrooms.

Do you provide towels?
Yes, we supply towels.
