Deposits for Accommodations
Deposits must be made for all reservations with Admira Property Management Inc. Accommodation deposits are equal to 1-nights stay, while activity deposits are the full cost of the activity. Deposits must be made within 24 hours of reserving.
The remaining balance of the total is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. For bookings made 30 days or less prior to the arrival date the total price is due at the time of confirmation of the booking.
Cancellations made after final payment date are fully non-refundable. The guest is responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of guest arrival or departure. There is no cancellation fee for activities. Fees will be charged for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the activity date.
No refunds will be issued on partially unused days of bookings.
Admira Property Management Inc. will not be liable for early departures or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond the control of Admira Property Management Inc. such as weather, strikes, traffic delays, mechanical failures, etc.

Credit Card Charges
A charge of $25.00 CDN will be applied for use of more than two credit cards for payment of each reservation. Credit card fees will be charged in case of refund or change of booking.
Each reservation will be required to sign a pre-authorization credit card slip ($500 CDN - $1000 CDN) upon check-in. Provided no charges are incurred for excess cleaning, property damage or telephone calls, the credit card slip will be voided approximately 4 weeks after departure.
Extra Person Charges
Every property is priced with a maximum of 2 adults per bedroom. Additional guests will be charged $20.00 CDN per person per night. Please note there are a maximum number of guests allowed per property.
Our properties will be clean and ready for your arrival. Daily housekeeping is available for an extra fee. For stays of eight days or more, we offer a complimentary midweek clean. All properties have laundry facilities either in the unit or in the building.
Adequate quantities of towels will be provided for the number of people booked. Delivery of extra towels is available, upon request, for an additional fee.
All Whistler Village Condos rental accommodations are equipped with bed and bath linens, kitchens are equipped with crockery, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and full size appliances. Whistler Village Condos provides the following items: soap, shampoo, facial tissue, bathroom tissue, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher powder, as well as starter supplies of laundry soap.
Please note that all properties are privately-owned. If you are renting more than one property, please make sure inventory stays in the property. Groups renting more than one property will be required to pay a deposit which will be refunded in full once the properties have been checked. A restocking charge will be deducted from this fee if items have been moved to other properties.
All Whistler Village Condos rental accommodations have a specified parking stall for one vehicle. Some larger properties have two parking stalls. There is visitor parking available at most complexes, on a first come, first served basis. Oversized vehicles are difficult to accommodate in Whistler and parking for such vehicles may not be available at peak times. Parking instructions are unique to each complex and must be followed.
Each complex has a garbage room. It is the responsibility of the guest to remove garbage. Also please do not leave garbage outside, as you will receive a fine from the building strata corporation.
Telephones and Modem Use
All local telephone calls are free. Long distance calls must either be charged to your own calling card or placed with a purchased telephone card.
Whistler Village Condos rental accommodations' private hot tubs are maintained regularly. Guests use hot tubs at their own risk. The strata management company for the complex maintains communal hot tubs. If you experience any problems, please call our office and we shall alert the strata company. Occasionally, tubs may need to be shut down for maintenance. Such maintenance is unavoidable and is to protect the health of users.
Smoking / Pets
All Whistler Village Condos rental accommodations have a non-smoking, no pet policy.
Once your holiday is over please plan to vacate your rental accommodation by 10:00am so that we may prepare for incoming guests. Late check-outs must be prearranged with our office the night before, and will depend on cleaning and arrival schedules. When departing, please ensure that the property is secured and all keys, garage door openers and parking passes are returned to our office. A fee will be charged for lost items.
To avoid extra cleaning charges, your property must be left in good condition. All garbage should be removed and kitchenware left clean. Whistler Village Condos' staff will be responsible for laundering the linens and the final cleaning.
Each reservation is made for a specific number of guests. Whistler Village Condos' staff requires prior notification of any change in the size of your group. The number of guests must not exceed the maximum number set by the owner of the property. Whistler Village Condos' staff reserves the right to refuse or interrupt service to any guest. Whistler Village Condos' staff acts as an agent for owners and accepts no liability on their behalf. Minimum age requirements apply.
